Read Aloud (text-to-speech)
SumatraPDF can read text aloud using Windows text-to-speech. Read Aloud (CmdToggleReadAloud, command palette and a toolbar button) reads the selected text or the current page. Pause and Continue (CmdPauseReadAloud, CmdContinueReadAloud) control playback, and the toolbar button’s drop-down lets you pick a voice.
