SumatraPDF: Built-in PDF command-line tools

New in the SumatraPDF pre-release builds:

SumatraPDF.exe includes MuPDF’s command-line tools: SumatraPDF <tool> <args>, with tools such as draw, convert, audit, bake, clean, create, extract, info, merge, pages, poster, recolor, show, trim, grep and trace.
