  • eggs: 45-60 min @ 64.4C, 1-3 hr, depending on how thick
  • steak/beef
    • rare: 129 F / 54 C
    • medium-rare: 135 F / 57 C
    • medium: 140 F / 60 C
    • cook sous-vide 1-2hrs (depending on how thick)
