About me - extended edition
We are what we make.
Here's a list of things I've made, in sloppy chronological order:- Fofou is a forum software written in ~1k loc of Python that can be run on Google App Engine.
- SumatraPDF is always a work in progress. A Windows desktop application for viewing PDF files. 12k+ loc of C/C++ code.
- At Palm, PDF Viewer for never-released Foleo. ~10k loc of C++ code, written from scratch all by myself (the GUI part, the actual PDF rendering was handled by poppler).
- At Palm, 1/3 of SMS application for Windows Mobile-based Treo. The whole app was ~60k loc of C++ code, I was part of 3 person team who wrote it from scratch.
- Noah Lite, Noah Pro, Thesaurus, iNoah, iPedia, InfoMan - a bunch of application for Palm, MS Smartphone and Pocket PC (now Windows Mobile) for my now-defunct company arslexis.com (here's how it looked during glory days). Many, many lines of C/C++ code (now all available for derision in my github account), some Python and MySQL for server side of iPedia and InfoMan. I wrote Noah Lite, Noah Pro, Thesaurus myself, design and oversaw developement of the rest.
- At Microsoft, contributed to SQL Server 2005
- At Microsoft, contributed to Microsoft Exchange
- In high-school, an English-Polish dictionar for Amiga. Has a special place in my heart since it was my first big program, a GUI application written in 68000 assembly, without any comments (at the time apparently I had it all in my head).
