- support for drawings in Google Docs is incredibly buggy: the drawing disappeared several times after simple editing operations and the only way to get it back is to revert to an earlier version of the docs. Astonishingly bad quality.
- Scribd document viewer has no bookmarking and forgets where I was in the document. Makes reading long documents a pain. Also, even in fullscreen, uses way too much space for UI. I really like the idea of web apps and being able to access my content from anywhere, but we have ways to go before reached that point given that fundamentals like being able to comfortably read a longish PDF file are not yet implemented. And Scribd isn’t a second-rate service, they are leaders in the “read your PDFs online” business.
